Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga: Fitness based yoga focusing on mobility, flexibility enhancement and pose/posture endurance. (I call this your insurance against injury in intense fitness regimens as well as normal daily activity.)
Christian Based Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga: Fitness based yoga focusing on mobility, flexibility enhancement and pose/posture endurance set to the background of Christian contemporary music (KTIS FM style).
Barre Body: A blend of finely adjusted pulsing movements to increase the strength of the mid to lower half of the body, using zero impact movements. Focuses on muscle elongation and flexibility improvements.
Barreyasa: Barreyasa integrates the movement of vinyasa flow with the assistance of a ballet barre. This allows for deeper holds, longer and leaner lines and more accurate form in balance poses that you may not otherwise be able to do.
Barrelates: A blend of Barre Body and Pilates, set to high energy music.
Mat Pilates: Controlology ™ with strong focus on core strength and full body stability.
Tabata: Work with kettlebells/dumbbells/cardio in sets:
20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds. Usually 9 full Tabata sets are accomplished in each class.
Cardio Burn: A short cardio class to warm-up the body before harder classes begin.
Power Yoga: A yoga fitness inspired class, with a higher calorie burn than traditional vinyasa. Similar yoga movements, set to high energy music, and added weights.
